Terms & Conditions

Fortnite Fencing Inc is committed to providing quality workmanship and clear communication throughout every project. The following terms apply to all services provided.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required upon acceptance of any proposal to secure scheduling and order materials. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.

An invoice will be issued upon completion of the work. Payment is due upon completion/receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major forms of payment.

A late charge of 10% per month will be applied to any balance remaining unpaid more than 30 days after the invoice date.

Project Scheduling

Project timelines are subject to weather and ground conditions. Delays may occur due to rain, saturated soil, or other conditions that impact installation.

These delays do not constitute a breach of contract. Work will resume as soon as conditions allow.

Installation & Property Conditions

Installation may result in minor disturbances to the property, including tire marks, ruts, displaced soil, or damage to grass due to equipment and weather conditions.

While reasonable care will be taken, Fortnite Fencing Inc is not responsible for restoring landscaping, grass, irrigation systems, or yard conditions affected during installation.

Grading & Site Preparation

Grading is not included unless explicitly stated. All fencing is installed following the natural slope and grade of the property.

If grading or leveling is desired, it must be completed prior to installation or coordinated separately. Additional adjustments may affect installation and final appearance.

Rock & Subsurface Conditions

If rock or other obstructive conditions are encountered in more than 25% of the installation area, the Client will be notified and a change order will be required.

Pricing will be adjusted accordingly, and work will not proceed until the change order is approved.

Utilities & Site Access

The Client is responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, or other buried lines prior to installation.

Fortnite Fencing Inc is not responsible for damage to any unmarked underground items.

The Client must also ensure reasonable access to the work area. Any delays or additional labor caused by restricted access or site conditions may result in additional charges.

Property Lines & Surveying

Fortnite Fencing Inc does not provide surveying services and is not responsible for verifying property lines.

It is the Client’s responsibility to confirm all property boundaries prior to installation.

Scope of Work

This proposal includes only the work specifically outlined. Any additional work or materials not listed will require a separate agreement and may result in additional charges.

Material Pricing

All pricing is subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs prior to final approval and deposit.

Acceptance

By approving a proposal, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and authorizes Fortnite Fencing Inc to proceed with the work as outlined.
